High-speed internet is included. Credentials are in your welcome packet and on the inside of your bedroom door.

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM daily. Please be mindful of your housemates.

Cloudhaven is a shared home. These guidelines exist to ensure every resident enjoys a comfortable, respectful, and peaceful living experience.

Repeated violations of house rules may result in lease termination per your rental agreement with Haven Furnished Stays.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. This includes music, TV, phone calls, and guests.

Guests

Overnight guests are permitted for up to 3 consecutive nights. Please notify your housemates as a courtesy. No long-term guests without prior approval.

Shared Spaces & Cleanliness

Keep shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms) clean and tidy. Wash dishes promptly, wipe down surfaces after use, and take out trash when full.

Parking

Each tenant is allocated one parking spot in the driveway. Street parking is available on Cloudhaven for additional vehicles.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, away from windows and doors.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted at this property without prior written approval from Haven Furnished Stays.

Security & Locks

Always lock your bedroom door when leaving. Ensure the front door is locked when you are the last to leave or the last to bed.

Respect & Community

Treat your housemates and the property with respect. This is a shared home — considerate living makes it a great experience for everyone.

Front Door Entry

  1. 1.Approach the keypad on the front door
  2. 2.Enter your unique 6-digit code
  3. 3.Wait for the green light and a click
  4. 4.Turn the handle and enter
  5. 5.The door auto-locks after 10 seconds

Bedroom Door Lock

  1. 1.Your bedroom has its own keypad lock
  2. 2.Enter your personal 4-digit bedroom code
  3. 3.Green light confirms access
  4. 4.Lock manually by pressing the lock button
  5. 5.Always lock when leaving your room

Lost or Forgotten Code

  1. 1.Text or call Haven Furnished Stays immediately
  2. 2.Codes can be reset remotely within minutes
  3. 3.Do not attempt to force any lock
  4. 4.Emergency access available 24/7
  5. 5.New code will be sent via text
